Troy Toman came to Rackspace with more than 18 years of customer service, computer infrastructure, product development and marketing
experience. As the Vice President of Customer Care for the Intensive Service Level, he is responsible for focusing on the continued
delivery of world-class customer support, as well as evolving Rackspace's consultative approach to working with its customers.
Upon earning his bachelor's degree in computer science from Texas A&M, Troy joined IBM as a staff engineer. After eight years of holding
multiple managerial positions at IBM, he moved on to senior management roles in customer care and product marketing at Sun Microsystems,
Inktomi Corporation and Veritas Software. Most recently, Toman was the Vice President of Marketing for Kazeon Systems, developing
corporate messaging, positioning and branding in addition to defining product roadmaps and executing product marketing
campaigns.

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma—which is living with the results
of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage
to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary." — Steve
Jobs

My worst day at Rackspace is better than almost any workday I've had before coming here.
24 — it's non-stop, super heightened tension.
